We had breakfast every day here (included in our stay at Embrace) and also had lunch here once. The employees are friendly and very helpful and the food is delicious. I was so thankful for a daily vanilla latte (not included in the free breakfast but reasonably priced) . I am gluten free and was able to have the corned beef, sausage (both are Bahamian style!), grits and scrambled eggs with bacon, the western omelet without incident (I asked for no toast). For lunch my options were limited BUT the vegan coconut chickpea curry with couscous was delicious!
They also have to go containers for left overs or if you want to grab and go!
Alcoholic beverages are avaliable during lunch and have a small selection of snacks for purchase.
The cafe is open until 3pm monday-saturday.

This was our first visit to Staniel Cay and we met Dexy when we checked in at 3NEmbrace and she told us about The Flying Pig Cafe . On our second day here we went to have lunch at TFP and it was sooooook good! The conch fritters were fresh as well as everything we ordered! Wings, Fries Chicken tenders and D helped us decide what to get . Definitely will be returning here as the other option was nowhere as good as TFP!!! Thanks to everyone there !

My husband and I had the Coconut French Toast and the eggs, sausage, and grits combo. All of it was great! Mary was super sweet and helpful! Chef Diamond made some great food! They are open from 8 am to 3 pm for breakfast and lunch. They are no longer open for dinner, unfortunately.

An absolute gem of a place. Mary is an amazing host, who could not of gone more out of her way to ensure our visits were a true 10 out of 10. Having said that, I guess the overriding experience was only so so good because of Diamond’s amazing cooking. We absolutely love this place, and I can’t wait to get back to the island soon to pay another visit, if I could give it 11 out of 10 I would. An amazing team of people, not forgetting Gabby either, absolute star!! Thank you all for such a wonderful experience!!
